We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our Ann Arbor location, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.You -Are a reliable and dependable team memberEnjoy tasks that require attention to detail and creativityAre self-motivated and driven by the spirit and commitment of an entrepreneur with the ability to think outside the box to solve problemsEnjoy building relationships, managing a team, and helping to create a positive store cultureAre interested in geology and paleontologyAre looking for a position with potential for growth What You’ll Do -Customer Service and SalesGreet customers, answer questions, and help customers find productsComplete sales at the cash register and process exchangesProfessionally resolve conflicts with store patronsProvide excellent service to promote customer loyalty and long-term growthOperations ManagementAssist with overseeing day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricingMaintain clean, well-organized, and presentable store layout and displaysAssist with training and supervision of entry-level employeesYour Qualifications -Associate’s Degree and experience working in the retail industryAbility to lift up to 40 poundsAvailability on weekends, during Ann Arbor Art Fair, and during other peak retail periods like Black Friday Our Compensation & Benefits -Starting Hourly Rate of $18 - $22 per hour | Medical Insurance | 30% Employee Discount | PTO | Parking Reimbursement
