Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, function, and quality of life while promoting dignity and independence. Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
