Job DescriptionWe arecurrently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across California for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay, modern equipment, and operational support you need to succeed.Pay & CompensationWeekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly payMileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hourClassification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freightSchedule & Home TimeHome Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at homeOperating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern statesFreight & EquipmentFreight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freightOperation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unloadEquipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International modelsConvenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home timeAdditional BenefitsRetirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match availableTime Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per yearInsurance: Full benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plansMinimum RequirementsLicense: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experienceRecent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 daysSafety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
