Job Title: Case Management ManagerLocation (City, State): Washington, DCCompensation: $115,000 – $145,000 base salary + bonus opportunityBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) requiredMinimum of 2 years of leadership experience within a healthcare setting5+ years of clinical nursing experience required; 10+ years preferredBackground in acute care, inpatient hospital settings, and/or trauma environments strongly preferredExperience leading high-performing clinical teams in fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational, communication, and operational management skillsPrevious experience with Epic EMR is highly preferredJob Description:Addison Group is partnering with our client, a nationally recognized healthcare organization, to identify an experienced RN leader for a Case Management leadership opportunity. This role will oversee daily operations within a collaborative clinical resource management team focused on patient throughput, discharge planning, and care coordination across inpatient services.The ideal candidate is a proactive and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving healthcare environment and enjoys working closely alongside their team to drive operational excellence and patient outcomes.Work Schedule:Full-time, onsite positionMonday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMLeaders are expected to remain accessible for occasional after-hours or weekend operational questions as neededAbout Our Client:Our client is a large, mission-driven healthcare organization known for its collaborative culture and commitment to high-quality patient care.
