Mental Health Professional

DescriptionRay Graham Association (RGA) is seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time (10-20 hours per week) Mental Health Professional (MHP) to provide direct counseling and behavioral health services through our Behavioral Health Clinic – Emerge program. This role supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and mental health needs through assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and ongoing supports provided in person and via telehealth.The MHP works under the clinical supervision of the Director of Emerge and maintains an active caseload while promoting person-centered, ethical, and trauma-informed care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral health evaluations and assessments, including IM+CANSDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans using CISProvide individual and small-group counseling (onsite, offsite, and virtual)Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and billingTrain and collaborate with RGA team members to ensure treatment plan follow-throughMonitor progress and document outcomes at least every six monthsEnsure HIPAA compliance and confidentialityUphold RGA’s mission, values, and professional standardsSchedule: Must be flexible, some evenings and weekendsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Education, Family Therapy, or a related human services or mental health fieldMinimum of two (2) years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health or human services settingPreferredMaster’s degree in a related fieldExperience supporting people with I/DD and/or behavioral health needsSkills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skillsFlexible, outcome-driven, and person-centered Drug-Free Workplace CommitmentWe are proud to be a drug-free workplace.
