Software Engineer, Developer Platform

Overview In this Senior Engineer role, you help shape Pave’s developer platform by setting standards for CI/CD, observability, and local development. You’ll drive AI-assisted and agentic workflows into the development loop, partnering with product and data teams to boost velocity and reliability. You own end-to-end initiatives and metrics, influencing how engineers build enterprise-grade software.
