The technician will perform HVAC system installations, routine maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, inspecting and maintaining systems, and assisting customers in understanding their HVAC systems for optimal performance. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues effectivelyProficiency in electricity and plumbing as it relates to HVAC system installations and repairsKnowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for HVAC systems, ensuring long-term functionality and efficiencyEPA certification or equivalent is requiredUnderstanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in HVAC operationsPrior experience in the HVAC industry is preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
