Our collaborative team values integrity, mentorship, and thoughtful leadership as we continue to grow across Texas and beyond.About the OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Licensed Architect to join our Dallas office in a senior-level leadership role, depending on experience. This role involves both design and operational leadership, including managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and taking ownership of a profitable division.While the focus is on residential design (single-family, townhomes, subdivisions, etc.), experience in shopping center or commercial design is a bonus. Multifamily experience is also valued.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design and project delivery from concept through constructionOversee production of construction documents, code compliance, and technical detailingServe as the licensed professional responsible for stamping plans (Texas license required)Mentor and manage junior staff and project teamsCollaborate with internal departments, clients, and consultants to ensure quality executionManage schedules, project budgets, and profitabilitySupport strategic growth within the residential division and assist with new project opportunitiesEnsure design intent and technical standards are upheld throughout all phases of workQualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)Active Texas architectural license required (multi-state licensure is a plus)8–15+ years of experience in residential architecture; multifamily or commercial experience is a bonusPrior leadership or management experience in an architectural firmDeep knowledge of Texas building codes, permitting processes, and construction standardsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp/Enscape a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
