Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in Wesley Chapel, FL. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensuring that administrative and customer service functions run smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing office staff, maintaining office equipment and supplies, coordinating schedules, and streamlining office procedures. Additionally, the Office Manager will support customer service initiatives to enhance patient experience and contribute to the efficiency and success of the practice. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external partnersExperience with Office Administration and Administrative Assistance for managing schedules, records, and office operationsProficiency in managing and maintaining Office Equipment and suppliesCustomer Service expertise to foster a welcoming and efficient patient experienceDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in relevant office software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferredPrevious management experience in a medical or vision care setting is an advantage
