Park Capital Search has been retained to identify a Retirement Specialist to join Wilson‑Davis during this important stage of development.About the RoleThe Retirement Specialist will play a hands-on role within one of the firm’s fastest-growing service areas. This is a high‑ownership position well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys operational responsibility and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Retirement Specialist will be responsible for the accurate processing and administration of IRA and qualified retirement accounts while serving as a key internal resource across operations, compliance, and service teams.This role offers meaningful visibility and the opportunity to contribute directly to the firm’s broader retirement platform as it continues to scale. For the right candidate, this position provides a clear runway for expanded responsibility, skill development, and long-term career growth within an organization investing intentionally in its future.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the continued build‑out of Wilson‑Davis’s retirement services infrastructure by supporting efficient, repeatable workflows for contributions, distributions, rollovers, and RMDs, while maintaining accuracy and compliance as volume increases.Support compliance with applicable IRS and regulatory requirements, including Forms 5498 and 1099‑R. Maintain strong awareness of regulatory standards and ensure retirement transactions and documentation are handled appropriately.Maintain the accuracy and completeness of IRA and qualified plan documentation. Uphold high standards as the retirement platform grows and supports an expanding advisor and client base.Partner closely with operations, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure retirement accounts are processed accurately and efficiently. Strong internal coordination will be critical as services scale.Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce processing friction, and improve retirement-related workflows. Contribute to a continuous improvement mindset within the operations team.Qualifications2+ years minimum experience in broker/dealer or financial services operations; retirement operations experience required.Solid understanding of IRA and qualified retirement plan rules, including contributions, distributions, and reporting requirements.Experience working with retirement account processing and back‑office systems (e.g., FIS or similar platforms).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.Series 7 and/or Series 99 a plus; willingness to obtain relevant licenses as required.Required SkillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred SkillsExperience with retirement account processing and back-office systems.Series 7 and/or Series 99 licenses preferred, not required.Wilson‑Davis & Co., Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
