In this role, you will assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, and advocate to ensure children receive the services and care necessary to achieve positive outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Services.Minimum RequirementsBachelors Degree requiredValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicleAbility to pass all required background clearancesAbility to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screeningWillingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekendsWhat You’ll DoConduct initial and ongoing assessments of children and their families to identify needs, strengths, and challengesDevelop individualized case plans and service plans aligned with each child’s needs and goalsCoordinate services and resources to support children and familiesAdvocate on behalf of children to ensure access to appropriate services and careTransport clients using your personal vehicle as neededJusticeWorks is an equal opportunity employer.
