Assistant Manager, Product Development/ Management

Job Description Summary: Proactively source high-quality, trend-leading K-Beauty products, successfully launch them in the U.S. market, and drive revenue growth through optimized product development and sales strategies. Job Description: The Assistant Product Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of product development projects. This role involves tasks such as facilitating communication between cross-functional teams and vendors, assisting in budgeting and resource allocation for product initiative, and evaluating product performance and recommending improvements. Strong understanding of market research methodologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
