You’ll be the go‑to leader from kickoff through closeout—owning results, solving problems, and delivering high‑quality projects on time and on budget.You’llManage projects end‑to‑end: design, permits, materials, labor, installation, and closeoutBe the primary point of contact for customers, engineers, architects, and inspectorsBuild and execute project plans that protect margins and meet schedulesLead Work‑in‑Progress (WIP) meetings and drive accountabilityEnsure compliance with NFPA codes, AHJ requirements, and internal proceduresManage change orders and continuously look for margin improvement opportunitiesOversee service contract work for a large client, including inspections, repairs, and retesting timelinesHow You’ll Be SuccessfulApply proven Project Management methodologies across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and riskCommunicate clearly and confidently with field teams, customers, and leadershipManage resources, provide technical guidance, and remove roadblocksMaintain full financial ownership—forecasting costs, tracking progress, and managing budgets using AIA standardsEnsure high workmanship quality through site inspections and field engagementDeliver responsive, professional customer service—even in high‑pressure situationsRequiredWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of project management experience in fire protection, life safety, construction, sprinkler, or suppression systemsStrong ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawingsProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced working knowledge of Excel (tracking, formulas, macros)Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑drivenAbility to handle challenging customer and field situations professionallyWillingness to travel up to 30%PreferredWorking knowledge of NFPA, IEC, UL, and relevant building codesNICET Level I or higherBachelor’s degree in a technical or business‑related fieldHIRING SALARY RANGE: $95000-$119000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
