The business is scaling rapidly and is looking to hire an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to support continued growth in the Bay Area.This is a consultative, solutions led sales role focused on residential heat pump systems. You will work closely with technical and installation teams, guiding customers through the full sales journey from initial consultation through to project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSell residential HVAC systems with a focus on heat pumps and energy efficient solutionsCarry out customer consultations, assess requirements, and design tailored system proposalsPresent solutions clearly across in person meetings, calls, and written proposalsWork closely with internal technical, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project deliveryGenerate new business through referrals, networking, and local market outreachStay up to date on incentives, rebates, and regulatory developments across CaliforniaManage pipeline activity and track progress through internal systemsRequirementsProven experience in HVAC sales, ideally with exposure to heat pumps or mini split systemsStrong consultative sales approach with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear customer valueConfident communicator across both technical and non technical audiencesHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneouslySelf motivated with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsWhy ApplyHigh earning potential with uncapped commission structureOpportunity to join a fast growing clean energy company in a key marketStrong demand driven by electrification and decarbonisation across CaliforniaWork closely with experienced technical and leadership teamsIf this role is of interest, please apply directly or reach out to Bethany.crofts@everec.co.uk for a confidential discussion.
