This role is focused on Functional & Integrative Health Care Practitioner new account acquisitions and ensuring accelerated life cycle selling. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of functional and integrative healthcare practitioners, be a prospector and closer, passionate about identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Functional and Integrative health practitioner market.Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for new practitioner acquisition focused on Functional & Integrative Healthcare Practitioners.Responsible for 250 cold/prospecting calls a month of Functional & Integrative HCP’sStrong understanding of HCP needs, manages product education & sales cycle to ensure retention/growth amongst acquired Functional Medicine and Integrative HCPsDevises effective territory sales and marketing strategies.Travels within sales territory to meet prospects and customers to understand their practice, their practice needs, and to position CellCore Biosciences as both a clinical and financial solutionEngages in a diverse array of activities such as in-office product detailing, conducting practice needs analysis, facilitating group workshops, and attending local trade shows – all geared toward retaining and growing existing accounts and generating new business.Analyzes data to find the most efficient sales methods and monitors company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.Continually monitors individual practitioner performance to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards are met, taking corrective actions when requiredMaintains records of all customer interactions, business transactions, and sales process input in the CRM database; provides content direction for future sales call planning across the integrated customer team.Meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly sales and productivity objectives including call and order volume, revenue targets, sales and unit growth and other performance metrics that may be assigned.Maintains frequent and transparent communication regarding individual performance and activities with National Sales Manager, and seeks, accepts, and willingly implements coaching.Displays initiative and commitment, successfully completes projects and assignments in a timely manner, identifies critical sales activities and tasks and adjusts priorities to meet the Company’s goals and objectives.Requirements:Minimum 2 years consultative outside sales experience with proven successStrong database of Functional & Integrative HCP contactsComplies with Company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations.Proven strategic and tactical selling skillsNatural customer focus/positive relationship builder with the ability to identify key stakeholders and penetrate high growth potential accountsPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and tenacious drive to succeedResults-oriented, highly organized, problem solver with attention to detailsValid driver’s license, ability to travel in territory 80% of the timeStrong computer skills including CRM and MS OfficeEffective time-management and multi-tasking skillsSuccessful verbal, listening, and written communication skills, from one-on-one to group interactionsGood technical aptitudeCompetencies:Exceptional consultative selling, customer service, collaboration, organizational, time management, decision making and problem-solving skills.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
