Marketing Strategy Manager

Position Overview: The Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Strategist to elevate our brand presence and drive patient engagement across multiple businesses. This leadership role is pivotal in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with our mission of delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes, while also managing and guiding the marketing team to achieve collective goals for several prestigious brands, including the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery, Q the Medical Spa, Quatela Center for Hair Restoration, and Longevita. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our services, products, target demographics, and brand vision. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand patient needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, informing our marketing initiatives. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and content) to enhance patient acquisition and retention. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness and ROI. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, accountability, and professional development. Collaboration: Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure cohesive messaging that reflects our commitment to patient care and safety. Content Creation: Oversee the development of informative and engaging content that highlights our services, patient stories, and expert insights. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial targets. Brand Positioning: Strengthen brand identity through strategic storytelling and outreach that emphasizes our expertise and patient-centered approach. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in plastic surgery marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within the healthcare or medical field. Proven management experience with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building relationships. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and patient engagement. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
