What You’ll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems Deliver high-quality, people-first service to ensure customer facilities operate efficiently Build long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and clear communication Provide accurate and honest service reporting Support and mentor fellow technicians to help elevate team standards What We’re Looking For 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical schematics Commitment to integrity, accountability, and quality workmanship Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background and drug screening We consider candidates with past records on a case-by-case basis, aligned with our values of growth and second chances What Makes Us Different We operate by a simple standard: Do the right thing in every situation Serve others first—customers, teammates, and partners Lead by example through consistency and excellence We believe when we take care of our people, they take care of everything else.
