Engineering TechnicianMy client is searching for a Test Engineering Technician candidate to join the team where the candidate will support production and Depot testing, troubleshooting, and fault isolation.Responsibilities:Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics to perform work dutiesWork with little to no supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures. Work directly with engineers optimizing test processes and proceduresLean, continuous improvement mindsetUsing a variety of diagnostic tools, DMM, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzers, etc., troubleshoot and fault isolate to component level.Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environmentStrong attention to detailQualifications:Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skillsRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematicsFamiliarity with National Instruments Test Stand and Linux operating systemsAdditional Skills:Good computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office)Professional attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skillsFamiliarity with National Instruments Test Stand and Linux operating systems
