This is a leadership role.You are the gas to the Lamborghini.---🎯 The RoleAs a Content Coach, you're the front-line general of your creator campaigns. You lead a roster of 40–70 creators per brand, driving content velocity, building genuine creator culture, and making sure every creator believes — deeply — in the brand they're repping.You're not managing people from a distance.
