Thanks!Position Overview:Deliver professional nursing care to residents in long-term care settingsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes promptlyCollaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plansMaintain accurate documentation of resident care and health informationEnsure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standardsRequirementsCurrent and valid NY State LPN licenseMinimum of 1 year experience in long-term care nursing preferredBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationStrong clinical skills and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamCompassionate and patient-centered approach to care delivery
