Provide one-on-one support to participants needing assistance with computer literacy during Career Connect sessions. Assist workshop facilitators with technical setup and in-session support (e.g., presentations, software, connectivity). Support IT staff with hardware needs, including setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Help resolve common technical issues quickly to minimize disruption during workshops.
