Laborer

*About Us* K.O.T. Septics, LLC is a locally owned septic installation company serving homes and businesses in Bexar and surrounding counties. We’re known for being reliable, honest, and easy to work with. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable, safety-minded laborer to join our team as an independent contractor. *About the Role* The Laborer will assist with septic service operations, including maintaining company equipment and vehicles, servicing septic systems, and completing related field work. This is a contractor position, and hours will vary based on customer demand and availability. *What You’ll Be Doing* * Operate related equipment * Service residential and commercial septic tanks * Assist with septic system inspections and maintenance * Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and septic systems * Maintain and clean trucks and equipment * Complete basic job documentation and communicate job details as needed * Interact professionally and respectfully with customers at residential and commercial properties * Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations * Assist with general field duties as needed *What We’re Looking For* * Valid CDL preferred, but not required * Dependable and punctual * Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor * Able to work independently and follow safety procedures * Professional and courteous when interacting with customers * Previous septic, wastewater, plumbing, excavation, or heavy-equipment experience is a plus, but not required *What We Offer* * Rate depends on previous experience * Flexible schedule * Room to grow with a local company *How to Apply* Interested?
