Marketing Project ManagerLocation: Las Vegas, NVSalary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 baseThe Marketing Project Manager responsible for overseeing the planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient use of resources.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team, the person who makes sure marketing actually gets done, correctly and on time, with enough marketing knowledge to keep it from going off track.This role is execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on project management, coordination, and accountability. The ideal candidate brings structure, urgency, and follow-through to every initiative, while also having a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals to support and improve deliverables.This is not a strategy-only role, but it is also not a pure coordinator role. You will play a key role in ensuring marketing work is both well-managed and effective.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Execution (Primary Focus)Own the intake, planning, and execution of all marketing projects determining prioritization based on business impact and resource availability.Translate requests into clear project plans and make recommendations on scope, timelines, and deliverablesBuild and manage timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met while making adjustments and tradeoff decisions to ensure alignment with business prioritiesCoordinate across marketing, sales, leadership, and external partners to gather inputsProactively follow up and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverablesIdentify and remove bottlenecks to determine appropriate actions to resolve them and maintain project momentumMaintain clear visibility into project status, priorities, and risksCross-Functional CoordinationServe as the central point of coordination across teams involved in marketing initiatives driving alignment on priorities, timelines and deliverablesEnsure all required inputs (content, data, approvals) are identified early and delivered on time and determine escalation or reprioritization when dependencies are not metStreamline communication and reduce inefficiencies across stakeholdersManage timelines and deliverables with external partners (e.g., PR agencies, vendors)Marketing Execution Support (Secondary Focus)Contribute to development of marketing assets such as decks, campaigns, and content by providing input to improve structure, clarity and effectivenessEnsure deliverables align with the intended audience and stage of the marketing funnelHelp organize messaging and structure within projects for clarity and effectivenessContribute to the execution of go-to-market initiatives and campaign rolloutsProvide input to improve quality and consistency of marketing outputsProcess & Workflow ImprovementBuild and maintain repeatable workflows for how marketing work is planned and executedCreate templates and systems for briefs, campaigns, and deliverablesImprove efficiency by reducing ambiguity, redundancy, and delaysHelp establish best practices for how marketing work gets doneReview & Quality ControlManage review and approval processes to ensure timely and effective feedbackEnsure the right stakeholders are involved at the right stagesConsolidate feedback and drive revisions efficientlyOwn final quality control before deliverables are shared externallyQualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a project management roleMinimum of 2- 5 years' experience in a marketing roleStrong project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on timeExperience working on marketing initiatives such as campaigns, content, go-to-market efforts, and prioritization or reprioritizationWorking knowledge of:Marketing funnels and customer journeysTarget audiences, ICPs, and personasBasic go-to-market executionAbility to translate vague requests into clear, actionable plansStrong communication skills with the ability to drive clarity and accountability across teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentExperience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)What Success Looks LikeMarketing projects are consistently delivered on time and without last-minute scramblingTeam members are aligned and no longer waiting on each otherMarketing deliverables are clear, well-structured, and aligned to the right audienceBottlenecks are identified early and resolved quicklyWorkflows are organized, repeatable, and continuously improvingExternal partners are managed proactively and effectivelyWho This Role Is ForSomeone who thrives on organization, execution, and getting things doneA strong operator who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environmentsA marketer who understands how campaigns and content work and can prioritize and execute work based on business needs and constraintsSomeone who is comfortable driving accountability and keeping teams on trackWho This Role Is Not ForSomeone who is not comfortable making decisions to move work forward when priorities are unclearSomeone who has only coordinated tasks without owning outcomes and accountability for deliverySomeone who needs fully defined direction before taking action
