Job DetailsDescriptionHourly Rate: $18.84Description/Job SummaryMoving finished goods in and out of assigned locations by using powered industrial lifts, RF Scanners and other general warehouse equipment to fulfill customer orders and business needsResponsibilities/DutiesOperate a forklift and/or a vertical lift to perform general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading finished goods to and from containers, trailers and racked locationsUse RF Scanner to accurately document product movement to ensure inventory accuracyPerform final review on all shipments and orders prior to loading to ensure they are accurate and meet the expectations of the customersApply proper shipping labels and additional banding/packaging as required before product is loaded onto trailers/containersAssist in manual loading and unloading of trailers/containersPromptly notify management of any damaged or mislabeled product, freight or equipmentConduct physical warehouse inventory as neededEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the Annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsAssist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all timesPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryRequired SkillsMust be a friendly team player, detail-oriented, and honestMust Have The Ability ToMulti-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentBe flexible with working hours based upon business needsStand/walk/bend throughout workdayLift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 80 lbsMust HaveRelentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvementA willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methodsGood verbal and written communication skillsPreferred SkillsBasic working knowledge of warehousing/distribution standard concepts, practices, and procedures preferredRequired ExperienceAt least 6 months of powered industrial truck operation experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment*Warehouse environment has moderate forklift traffic, and may be cool in the winter and hot in the summerPreferred ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience using RF scanners to properly and accurately document materials or products preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredPreferred EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDRequired QualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the futureDETAILSThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusiveIn exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities ActPride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is an Equal Opportunity employer.
