We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide evidence-based, trauma and recovery focused outpatient therapy to clients of Network180's Integrated Case Management team.Network180's outpatient Integrated Case Management is a Patient-Centered Health Home that is based on the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines for the Patient-Centered Medical Home. This multidisciplinary team-based model includes: a psychiatrist, registered nurse, medical assistant, case managers, outpatient therapists and peer support. The team serves consumers with serious mental illness and substance use disorders with an emphasis on evidence-based therapeutic treatments.This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are no weekends, on call, or holiday requirements for this position. The employee in this position will work in office at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503 and within the Kent County community.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Counseling PsychologyCertification or Licensure in the State of Michigan as a limited licensed master social worker, professional counselor, OR the ability to obtain a limited license within 30 days of hirePossession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related useAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communitiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Fully licensed as MSW, or Professional Counselor, or Psychologist, or Marriage and Family TherapistCAADC certification through MCBAP or be able to obtain a development plan for the credentialTraining in and experience with providing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy preferredLived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valuedJob interviews are being conducted in person or via the internet.
