They will monitor and respond to incidents through the ServiceNow ticketing system, handling Apple-related issues and partnering closely with systems and network teams to troubleshoot more complex problems, including those involving connectivity and infrastructure. Additionally, they will support onboarding and offboarding processes, manage device lifecycle activities, and ensure all incidents, resolutions, and improvements are properly documented within ticketing systems and internal processes. This person will provide hands-on support to faculty, staff, and administrators, while also helping to prioritize work and communicate updates between the Director of Technology and the broader IT team. They will act as a liaison between management and more junior team members, and need to have the leadership skills to do so. This person should also have strong customer service skills in order to work with a wide array of end users.
