Assessment and EvaluationConduct psychological and academic assessments to identify learning difficulties, developmental delays, or conditions like Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder or Autism Spectrum DisorderInterpret test results and prepare detailed reportsHelp determine eligibility for special education services2. Supporting Academic AchievementWork with teachers to develop strategies for students with learning challengesDesign individualized education plans (IEPs)Monitor student progress and adjust interventions3. Counseling and Mental Health SupportProvide one-on-one or group counseling for issues like anxiety, stress, or bullyingHelp students develop coping skills and emotional regulationAddress crises such as trauma or grief4. Collaboration with Parents and TeachersMeet with parents to discuss student progress and concernsGuide teachers on classroom management and inclusive practicesAct as a bridge between school and home5. Behavioral InterventionAnalyze behavioral issues and identify underlying causesDevelop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Promote positive behavior strategies6. Promoting a Positive School EnvironmentContribute to school-wide programs on mental health and well-beingSupport anti-bullying initiativesEncourage inclusive and supportive school culture7. Research and Program EvaluationUse data to evaluate effectiveness of educational programsApply evidence-based practices from Educational PsychologyRecommend improvements based on findings8. Crisis InterventionRespond to emergencies such as violence, disasters, or student crisesProvide immediate psychological supportHelp schools develop crisis response plans
