A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRN - PACU/n/nJob Details:/n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM/n• One holiday required: July 4th PM shift/n• 2-3 years PACU experience required, critical care experience preferred/n• Must hold current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)/n• BLS certification required upon hire/n• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)/n• Less than 1 year experience acceptable with completion of accredited nursing school/n• Direct patient care experience preferred/n• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation/n• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics/n• Coordinate delivery of safe, quality patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration/n• Complete mandatory education and competency assessments/n• Participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives/n• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies/n• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required/n• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential/n• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare organization operates as part of a comprehensive health system with a focus on high-quality, safe patient care.
