This entails daily routine processing tasks including validation of new trades, settlement of collateral, and settlement of derivative payments. The team member is expected to be an independent thinker who manages their own projects and assists other teammates in their projects.What you will doDaily collateral managementTrade capture of all derivative tradesSecurity master set up and maintenance for all derivative trades; Derivative ReportingConfirmation ManagementReconciliations with dealers and accounting systemInterest payment processing on all internal positions; Interest payment monitoring on all external positionsMonitoring of Reasonableness of Derivative Valuations and Implementation of Valuation New Pricing and Risk Models; Providing standard risk reporting to internal managersWeekly and Monthly internal collateral reporting and process improvement implementationMarket Data Maintenance; Provide suggestions for and implementation of system improvementsRegulatory Reporting (incl. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
