Site Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION: Site Supervisor REPORTS TO: Installation Manager FLSA STATUS: Exempt PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB AND CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATION: This position ensures the safe and timely completion of projects. They oversee everyone working on site, which includes members of the installation team and any subcontractors. In this role, it's your responsibility to make sure each individual has the necessary resources to complete their tasks and to monitor and ensure they perform their duties effectively and in compliance with industrial health and safety regulations.ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following job functions are not all-inclusive. Job duties may change as required by the needs of the company.Update work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to complete projects, in MS Project and/or MS ExcelHelp determine resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete projectsReview project schedules with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by project activities; revise schedules as requiredManage all onsite activities about Interroll’s scopeExecute the project according to the project planParticipate in onsite meetings with safety, customers, and end usersDevelop/use forms and records to document project activitiesEnsure that all onsite project information is appropriately documentedMonitor the progress of the project and participate in recovery plans as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projectWhen necessary hands-on to guide the team to successReview the quality of the work completed with the project team regularly to ensure that it meets the project standardsSend daily reports to Project ManagementCommunicate with customers onsite to complete the project promptly.Document all quality issues and turn over to Project ManagementWork with other members of the Subsystems team and functional department through building and maintaining a cooperative approach with mutual respectDeliver maintenance and operational training presentations to clients and colleaguesAssist in commissioning the product tests for customersAlways represent yourself and Interroll in a professional manner All other duties and responsibilities as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Possess and display Interroll’s Values at all times:Long-Term ThinkingCommitted to ExcellenceAlways RespectfulPassionate about CustomersBachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or related field preferred or, 3+ years’ proven experience supervising multiple projects, including new and remodeled units.Proficiency with multiple computer operating systems and software applicationsReading comprehension of technical documentsExcellent written and spoken communication skillsExemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforceAbility to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clientsStrong project management abilitiesConfidence to thrive under pressureProfessional demeanor and attitude PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, feel, or handle and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms, lift heavy objects, and operate equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The use of protective safe gear in normal, safety shoes, vest, hearing protection, and hard hat.Site supervisors usually work onsite during project implementation and in the office otherwise.Site supervisors work a non-standard workweek and will be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.Potential Next Role(s) Site ManagerInstallation Manager
