A company is looking for a Washington Litigation Attorney (Remote). Key Responsibilities: Manage active Washington civil litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution Draft and argue motions; take and defend depositions; appear in court independently as needed Work directly with clients and claims professionals, providing strategic updates and case management Required Qualifications: Washington-licensed attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload with increasing independence Comfortable supporting and preparing cases for trial, with direct trial experience valued J.D. from an accredited law school Located in Washington and willing to come into the office as needed
