Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, and errands. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive four-week training program to prepare individuals to successfully pass the CNA state exam. Role Description The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct care to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other daily activities as needed. The role also entails building trusting relationships with clients while ensuring their comfort and safety. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Raleigh, NC, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need of personalized care. Qualifications Experience in personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, grooming, and toiletingSkills in mobility support, ambulation, and safe transfersAbility to perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationCompassionate communication and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to manage time effectively and multitask to meet clients' needsActive CNA certification or completion of CNA training and ability to pass the state examA valid driver's license and reliable transportation for errands and appointments (if required)Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus
