IT Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Lead complex IT modernization and consolidation projects from initiation to completion. Guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure flawless execution of projects vital to national security. Lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on schedule, and on budget. Brief key stakeholders on project plans and progress, managing milestones and realigning schedules. Proactively identify and manage project risks, document lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement of project management processes. Serve as the primary communication link for projects, reporting status to leadership and preparing program review content.What You'll Need A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant project management experience. An active Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Demonstrated success in leading Small-Medium-scale, complex IT migration, consolidation, or technical refresh projects. Exceptional skills in resource planning, task scheduling, and risk management. A strong working knowledge of Network, Systems/Compute, and End-User Support environments. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and SharePoint. Willingness to work onsite at Hanscom AFB (Concord, MA) 2-3 days per week, or more as required by the customer.What's On Offer Opportunity to work on mission-critical projects.
