Primary Job Title: Junior Data AnalystLocation: Framingham, MAOnsite Flexibility: HybridContract Details:Position Type: ContractContract Duration: 6 monthsStart: As Soon As PossiblePay Rate: $36.00–$43.00 / Hour (USD)Job Summary: The Consumer Insights & Analytics group is seeking a self-starter to support insights work across the organization's North American brands. This role will help maintain core consumer & retail landscape reporting, support the quarterly earnings reporting process, and consolidate key consumer and business data points. As a proactive business partner, this person will deliver reliable reporting and analytical support that will contribute to the success of the greater team.Key Responsibilities:Produce and maintain monthly reporting using multiple external data sourcesSupport end-of-quarter reporting, including data pulls, quality checks, and synthesis of performance insights for the teamIdentify, ideate, and implement process improvements to enhance the team's reporting efficiency and effectivenessBuild and maintain dashboards and automated workflowsCreate clear, compelling visualizations that aid in storytelling for the teamEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree (preferably within finance, statistics, or other analytical degree)Required Experience:0–3 years' experience in an analytical roleRequired Skills:Excellent Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detailCurious, self-motivated, and proactive problem solverAbility to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast paced environmentPreferred Skills:PowerBi skillsBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client: A Fortune 500 company and the leading off-price apparel and home fashion retailer in the U.S. and worldwide.
