We are currently in search of a Clinical Site Supervisor for our Springboro location. This candidate is a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (This is a working supervisory position). Family Health Center, like all Providence primary care practices, is a recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home, and focuses on building lasting patient relationships based on trust and continuity of care.What will you do:Supervises site day-to-day operationsEnsures that the office is adequately staffed, approves time off requests and prepares staff scheduleMaintains up-to-date knowledge of CPT codes and ICD-10 codesResponsible for sites accounts receivable and manages total days in ARPerforms employee evaluations and makes recommendationsMaintains knowledge of and complies with established Providence Medical Group policies and procedures.Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (TDDD, CLIA, Vaccines,etc)Ensures that office space, supplies, and equipment are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient careParticipates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliationsMaintains confidentiality regarding patient's accounts and medical records statusAttends monthly site supervisor meetingsJob Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years experience in medical office, Primary Care preferredPrior supervisory experience preferredAbility to comprehend established office routines and policiesLearns quickly from oral and written instructions.Ability to operate a computer.Knowledge of medical terminology.Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10coding.Understand HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability)Good organization skillsTact and diplomacyBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageShort Term DisabilityLong Term DisabilityAD&D insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending/Health Savings accountdesLife insurance401KPaid time off
