Power Platform Developer

Job Description: Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate solutions Direct engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations Design, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations. Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity. Author and contribute to technical documentation Author and deliver reference and training resources Customer engagement Requirements, definition and documentation User acceptance testing (UAT) Manage project details and schedule and provide project status updates Requirements Active Secret Clearance Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs 3-5 years Power Apps development and delivery experience 1-5 years of Power Automate experience focusing on business process automation Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience with proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the ecosystem of M365 Foundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium Capacities Understanding of UX/UI principles Intermediate to Advanced experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of tools Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision COMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate) Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 other related certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate Benefits All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.
