Job DescriptionLead planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration for active projects. Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Manage and mentor Project Coordinators supporting daily project tasks. Ensure safety compliance and uphold project quality standards. Coordinate with clients, subs, vendors, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Conduct site visits as needed (1-2 days per week). Prepare project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports. Serve as the main point of accountability for project performance. The Successful Applicant3-5+ years of experience as a true Project Manager with a Commercial GC. Ground-up project experience required (ideally $1M-$20M projects). Background in retail, banks, metal buildings, warehouses, or auto dealerships a plus. Strong work ethic, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.
