Senior Consultant

Aleysian, headquartered in Chicago, is a dynamic and innovative digital transformation consulting firm specializing in Salesforce and eCommerce solutions for the private sector and higher education. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Consultant to join our growing team!As a Senior Consultant, you will take charge of gathering client requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing projects through the testing and deployment phases. In this client-facing role, you will lead project implementations on platforms such as Salesforce, Salsify, inriver, and Akeneo. We value consultants who are deeply knowledgeable about these platforms and excel in project leadership. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Chicago officeWhat You'll DoParticipate in setting engagement objectives and scopeLead business and functional requirement sessionsDocument requirements and develop process flows to depict business processesConfiguration of the Salesforce.com or other partner platformsLead efforts to develop and execute testing, including developing testing documentationParticipate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning)Produce Client deliverables (business requirements, solution design documentation, project status reports, project plans)Present findings and recommendations to client leadershipProvide guidance to junior team members in all phases of the project What We're Looking For3 + years of hands-on experience working on the Salesforce.com platform4 + years of experience working in professional servicesPrior experience providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagementDirect experience working on and leading Salesforce ProjectsDemonstrated self-starterResults-oriented, able to take a task and achieve objectives with minimal guidanceTake a proactive approach to developing individual technical and consulting skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAttention to detail and solid problem solving skillsAbility to work well both individually and within a teamComfortable working in a small company and a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceEligible to work in the United States without limitation Our CultureAt Aleysian, we embrace an innovative and fast-paced environment that encourages risk-taking and growth.
