Front of House Manager

We are looking for an experienced Front of the House Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, welcoming and seating the guests. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high levels of customer service. Our ideal candidate is familiar with restaurant operations and has a good understanding of what makes great customer service. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Host/Hostess, Servers, Bartenders, and Kitchen Staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Front of house manager oversee and directs the staff in their duties to maintain excellent customer service. The manager also helps with any duties needed such as answering phones, make reservations and seating guest. Ultimately, the role of the Front of House Manager is to ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and we exceed the customers dining experience. Additionally, front of house managers supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room and guest contact areas, including restrooms. It is important for the Front of the house manager to communicate effectively with the management team. Duties include performing server/bartender check-outs. Perform office duties that include daily reports.
