This role requires critical thinking, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to respond to a wide range of urgent and emergent patient needs.ResponsibilitiesTriage and assess patients quickly upon arrival.Provide urgent care and stabilize patients in critical condition.Administer medications and treatments as ordered.Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC.Collaborate with physicians and ER staff to ensure efficient patient care and throughput.Maintain safety, infection control, and emergency care protocols. System UsedEMR: EPIC QualificationsActive RN license - required.Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience - required.Certifications: BLS and ACLS - required and must be maintained.
