Talent Acquisition Coordinator - New York NY/Supporting Recruiting Operations & Candidate ExperienceAbout the RoleThe Talent Acquisition team is responsible for enabling stakeholders across the firm to hire the right talent for client Americas Division.   This role supports Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leads through interview coordination, recruiting operations, reporting, candidate communication, and offer management. Role ObjectivesCoordinate all stages of the candidate experience including interview scheduling and follow-up communication. Create and distribute offer packages and assist with pre-employment processes. Provide exceptional client service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external agencies. Draft offer letters within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with strong attention to detail. Maintain recruiting system data integrity and recruitment-related social media information. Track interview scheduling information using Excel-based trackers. Support recruiting and HR-related projects on an ad hoc basis. Qualifications & SkillsRequired Qualifications0–1 year of corporate or internship experienceBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related fieldStrong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plusAbility to learn and promote the client employer brandCore CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong emotional and cultural intelligenceExceptional attention to detailStrong multi-tasking and prioritization skillsProblem-solving in high-volume environmentsIntegrity, honesty, ethics, and discretionAbility to build relationships with stakeholders and HR partners
