The Trainer will coordinate training schedules, develop materials, and provide ongoing skills assessments.Duties And ResponsibilitiesDeliver training programs for new hires and existing employees on production procedures and quality standards.Develop and update training materials to meet operational needs.Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to supervisors.Maintain accurate training records.Coordinate with supervisors to identify training needs.Support continuous improvement initiatives through skill development.
