Head Cook/Sous Chef

About the JobEsther's 2.0 is Now Hiring! We are looking for a Head Chef/Sous Chef who will be in charge of creating delicious meals for our patrons.Responsibilities:Daily Kitchen Supervision.Prep Systems.Training cooks.Station organization.Quality control when GM is not in the kitchen.Direct Morning Prep and Batch Cooking.Assign prep task to line and fry cooks.Ensure core menu items are prepared on time and in the correct quantities.Taste food regularly to confirm seasoning and quality.Monitor prep levels and anticipate shortages.Communicate needed items to management or ordering staff.Ensure proper labeling, dating, and food rotation (FIFO).Coordinate additional prep for private events.Adjust batch quantities based on event size.Ensure event food is prepared and held properly.Application Reminders:Please send your resume to operations.esthers1@outlook.com.About the Company
