Overview HVAC Service Technician Company: Apex Pros Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air Responsibilities Perform HVAC system inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Install new HVAC units and components as required. Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions promptly. Provide clear communication to customers regarding service procedures and recommendations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
