A company is looking for a Student Advisor to provide guidance and support to parents of K-12 students. Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in training to understand educational products and user needs Address client inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and registration Engage potential clients and build relationships with parents to recommend suitable programsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required; preferred in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics 1-2 years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service Fluency in English and Mandarin Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
