This role is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience working in a manufacturing or quality environment.Responsibilities:Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of parts and materialsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specificationsUse precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, etc.)Document inspection results and maintain accurate recordsIdentify and report non-conforming products and assist with corrective actionsEnsure compliance with company quality standards and procedures (ISO/AS standards as applicable)Perform first article inspections (FAI) as requiredWork closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issuesMaintain a clean and organized inspection areaFollow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications:2+ years of quality inspection experience preferredExperience in a manufacturing environment requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficiency with measuring tools and inspection equipmentStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsBasic computer skills for data entry and reportingKnowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work overtime as needed Schedule & Compensation:Full-time position (40 hours per week)Overtime required based on production needsWe offer a generous compensation package, which includes competitive hourly up to $20.00 p/h D.O.E, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401K, Vacation & sick/personal days and Life insurance. $250.00 SIGN-ON BONUSEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED; College degree a plus.
