Production Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to optimize end-to-end production by eliminating waste & maximizing efficiency. This role will support 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) M-F.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliabilityCulture & Safety: Demonstrate safe & conscious work habits, ensuring all team members are following our Culture of Zero policies for safety & quality, while driving team member engagement within the value stream.Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety goals (5S, compliance) are met.Performance Metrics: Monitor all value stream KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.Qualifications2+years manufacturing supervisory experienceFoundation in lean/continuous improvementBSIE/BSME & LSSGB strongly preferred, but experience weighted over degreeUS Citizen or Green Card Holder
