Install Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and licensed HVAC Install Manager to lead a residential installation team for our client located in Western North Carolina. . This role is responsible for overseeing all HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, code compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, proven team management experience, and an active HVAC license.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily operations of the residential HVAC installation teamSchedule and coordinate installation jobs to ensure timely completionSupervise, train, and mentor install technicians and crewsEnsure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local/state codesServe as the licensed HVAC professional for the company, maintaining compliance with licensing requirementsConduct job site inspections and quality control checksTroubleshoot complex installation issues and provide technical guidanceCollaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth project executionMonitor inventory, equipment, and materials for install projectsMaintain safety standards and enforce company policies and proceduresQualifications:Active HVAC License (required)Proven experience in residential HVAC installationPrevious leadership or management experience in HVAC or construction fieldStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practicesFamiliarity with local codes, permits, and inspectionsEPA Certification (required)Valid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing multiple crews or large install volumesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience with job scheduling software or CRM systems.
