Our team is committed to reliability, efficiency, and strong client relationships, ensuring every shipment, storage unit, and workflow is handled with professionalism and care.Role DescriptionSafe Harbor Storage is seeking a full‑time Business Manager to oversee operations across both our Honolulu and Hilo locations. This on‑site role (based in Honolulu with periodic travel to Hilo) is responsible for managing daily warehouse and storage operations, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent service quality across both islands.Key responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound logistics, maintaining facility readiness, managing schedules and staffing, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping and financial reporting. The Business Manager will also support customer communication, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.This role plays a critical part in optimizing performance across both locations—developing operational strategies, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives as Safe Harbor continues to expand.QualificationsStrong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing multi‑location operations or complex workflows.Proficiency in operational oversight, financial reporting, record‑keeping, and policy compliance.Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills to support customers, staff, and partners.Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL environments preferred.Ability to work independently on‑site, adapt to a fast‑growing business, and travel to Hilo as needed.Familiarity with business management software, inventory systems, and digital workflow tools.Experience with sales, customer onboarding, or business development is beneficial.
