Apply via Dice today!B.S./B.A. in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)8 10+ years of professional experience across UX design and UX researchDemonstrated experience owning design work from concept through delivery Portfolio demonstrating strong enterprise UX design work across complex products or platformsProven experience designing end-to-end workflows, tools, or systems for internal or B2B usersProficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent)Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principlesExperience designing for data-heavy interfaces, complex workflows, or role-based systemsAbility to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraintsComfortable working through ambiguity and shaping problems before solutionsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful about documentationStrong communication and collaboration skills across discipline
